Devon League matches will be organised by Carole Isaac and Sahara Barton.
Friendly Matches will be organised Mel Goldman and Joyce Knowles.
Mixed matches will be run by Wendy Sladden.
Welcome to the Ladies Section of Great Torrington Golf Club. Throughout the year the Club supports many competitions for all sections. Traditionally they are:
Men’s Competition – Saturdays and Sundays before 12 noon
Men Veterans Section – Tuesday mornings before 12 noon
Ladies Section – Wednesday mornings before 12 noon
Juniors Section – Sunday after 12.00 noon, & weekday afternoons
Winter Mixed Foursomes – Sunday afternoons 5 rounds over 4/5 months (November – March)
The Devon Ladies Golf League, The Sheelah Creasy League, The North Devon Friendly League and Friendly Matches provide opportunities to represent the Club in home and away matches. All handicaps are encouraged to participate by entering their name on the relevant list displayed on the notice board in the Ladies changing room. Club uniform is required for these matches and can be purchased from the committee.
